The appearance comes after an emotional update on his health from his daughter, Tallulah Willis, who said that the “Die Hard” star is “stable” but that, given the circumstances, it’s “good” and “hard.”

Bruce Willis’ family is reportedly “appreciative” of the time spent with him, but a source claimed that they fear they “may not have much time” left with the actor as his dementia declines.

Bruce recently made a rare public appearance on the streets of Brentwood, California, as he continues to battle dementia.

The “Pulp Fiction” star was seen in the passenger seat of a vehicle, dressed in a blue zip-up jacket worn over a t-shirt. Willis was with an unidentified person next to him, who was wearing a grey hoodie.

In pictures of the outing, taken on September 21, Bruce can be seen staring into the distance with a quizzical look on his face as he sat in the vehicle with the window rolled down.

In other photos, the Hollywood star looked annoyed while observing his surroundings during the car ride.

Bruce was first diagnosed with aphasia, a condition that affects speech due to brain damage, in 2022, forcing him to call it quits on his illustrious career to focus on his health.

However, less than a year later, his condition progressed into a rare and aggressive form of frontotemporal dementia.

Bruce’s sighting comes just days after his daughter, Tallulah, appeared on the “Today Show,” where she gave an emotional update on how her father is doing and discussed how he’s managing his dementia diagnosis.

“He’s doing stable, which in this situation is good, and is hard. There’s painful days, but there’s so much love,” the 30-year-old fashion designer shared.

She noted that her blended family, including her two other sisters, Rumer and Scout, from their mother, Demi Moore, and her younger half-siblings, Mabel and Evelyn, from stepmom Emma Heming, have been “appreciative” of the time spent with Bruce.

“It’s really shown me to not take any moment for granted, and I really do think that we’d be best friends,” she explained. “I think he’s very proud of me. You have to be in the moment. You have to be present.”

Bruce and Moore got married in 1987 but divorced by 2000. He then married Heming in 2009, who has remained his wife since then.

Tallulah’s update came just days after her mom, Moore, appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” where she spoke on Bruce’s condition and how he’s coping.

“I think he’s doing, you know, given the givens, he is in a stable place. You know, it’s what I say to my kids is you meet them where they’re at,” Moore stated,

She continued, “You don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment. And from that, there is such beauty and joy and loving and sweetness. When I’m in LA, I go over every week, and I really treasure the time that we all share.”

According to In Touch Weekly, a source disclosed that Bruce’s condition has seemingly “progressed” and that his family is “worried they may not have much more time” with him.

As they continue to stay by his side to care for him, the insider noted that how much time he has left with the 69-year-old actor “is always weighing on their minds.”

“The disease has progressed to the point where his family worries they may not have much more time with Bruce left. They wonder whether he’ll even make it to his 70th birthday,” they added.

Tallulah previously shared that she needs to make sure she’s in a stable mental state before going to visit her dad.

She said, “[I need] to go into [the visit] open to what the visit is, and knowing that before I go in, I’m solid, I’m okay.”

“I’ve done what I need to do to make sure that I can just be present,” Tallulah told People Magazine. “I’ll go visit my dad and spend some time with him. But also whether it be work or not, I do need downtime.”

The source also disclosed to In Touch that the “Tears of the Sun” actor is escorted by a team of carers whenever he goes out, meaning the unidentified person with him during his recent sighting is probably his caregiver.

They explained that the team “supervises him and makes sure he’s OK and doesn’t get confused.”

“It’s heartbreaking for the family to see him so vulnerable and dependent,” the source added.
