Katy Perry In Skimpy Bikini Targeted For Having The ‘Body Of An Old Woman’

Katy Perry stunned in her skimpy gingham bikini in St.Tropez, France last month, and it looks like her beach outing sparked drama on Instagram. Showing off her slimmed-down figure in a stylish checkered swimsuit, Katy soaked up rays during a shorefront day, quickly making headlines for stripping down as her “Woman’s World” release also proved a talking point. Not long after the paparazzi had circulated the photos, a fan account on Instagram reposted a snap of Katy all sunkissed in her teeny bikini, and it was here that a user likening the 39-year-old’s body to that of an “old woman” caused chaos.

Flaunting her curves and those rock-hard abs, Katy teamed her cupped bathing suit with a dark pair of shades, wearing her black hair tied back and with a little jewelry adding flourishes.

Sporting light makeup that brought out her attractive features, Katy looked incredibly classy, also delighting fans for making her outing a family one. The press carefully blurred daughter Daisy’s face as the 3-year-old joined her mother. The drama didn’t take long. Stretching her arms up as she kneeled from a beach in Spain, the singer sent the camera a big smile as she filmed her “Lifetimes” music video. Unfortunately, Katy and her team are alleged not to have asked permission to shoot in a wilderness-protected space, something that led to the mom of one being under investigation by local authorities.

“The Dunes in Formentera are under nature Protection. This also applies for you! Respect the Island!” one fan replied.

Also angered by the news, another told Katy:

“Thanks for disrespecting our environment and local laws just for a pic. You could’ve done this at the beach, not in a protected natural reserve. We’re sick of it.” Katy is set to release her upcoming 143 album in September.
