Jessica Simpson In Skimpy SKIMS Bikini ‘Does Not Look Healthy’

Jessica Simpson sparked concern as she posted her SKIMS bikini look to her Instagram last year. In April 2023, the fashion designer made headlines for promoting both her Jessica Simpson Style brand and mogul Kim Kardashian’s label in one post, snapping a wowing selfie in a neon string bikini and pairing her swimwear with platform JSS shoes. Highlighting her slender figure as she maintained the 100 pounds she dropped in 2019, Jessica wound up worrying fans with her appearance, and it was doubly tough given that Jessica’s own Instagram fans slammed her for promoting a Kardashian brand.

Going stringy and with a halterneck top flattering her curves, the Dukes of Hazzard star flashed her tiny waist as she used one hand to hold her phone, crossing her legs slightly and adding height to her frame in massive pink platforms.

With a hanging waist sash in the bikini’s green fabrics adding flair, Jessica nailed her jazzy swimwear look as she posed gazing ahead and wearing her blonde locks down. In keeping with SKIMS’ signature, pared-down finish, the 43-year-old kept her makeup to a minimum, also wearing only a bangle to accessorize her loud combo. In a caption, she wrote: “SKIMS Swim + @Jessicasimpsonstyle Shoes = Neon Energy.”

Over 200 fans on The Daily Mail have now liked a comment wondering if Jessica Simpson is unwell. “She looks ill. Something is wrong. And are we going to continue to be a society where insecure aging women have to fight it and do selfies all day long in order to feel some sense of value?” they wrote.

Also gaining likes was a comment reading: “She looks great but it’s obvious she’s not well.” Agreeing, a separate user stated: “I’m sorry but she does not look healthy.” Elsewhere in the comments, fans even accused Jessica Simpson of having “Ozempic face,” although the star’s weight loss came long before the weight loss drug became a Hollywood trend. Much of 2023 and 2024 has seen Jessica’s fans concerned about her weight, with many deeming her too skinny. The mom of three has never addressed the remarks.

Following her 2019 weight loss, Jessica had every media outlet around wondering what she actually eats.

“I personally don’t stay away from foods if I want something, I’ll have some of it, but I’m good at putting it down. I mean, listen, I have kids, so if I want, I eat like a kid. I like corn dogs and mac and cheese – you don’t limit yourself,” the actress told Hollywood Life in 2020.
