According to new reports, the Levine Smith Snider & Coburn law firm filed an Attorney’s Lien against Zolciak and Biermann’s biggest asset—their 15,694 sq. ft. Georgia mansion.

The divorce lawyers claimed the media personality owed $77,019.91 as of May 30 for their services.”The lien is claimed for attorneys fee and expenses of representation in the current principal amount” with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum, the filing explained.

The lien ensures the law firm can collect the money owed if the former couple’s Georgia mansion is sold. Surprisingly, these divorce attorneys are not the first to slam Zolciak’s financial troubles, as her former lawyer did the same.

The ‘Don’t Be Tardy’ Alum Ordered To Pay Credit Card Debt

Zolciak’s financial woes have been making waves for months, with The Blast reporting that she was mandated to pay her credit card debt to Target National Bank. The creditor noted the 46-year-old opened the account in 2007 but defaulted on her payments in 2022.

TNB claimed they repeatedly contacted Zolciak to clear her bills; however, she failed to respond. She also did not react to the bank’s legal filing, resulting in a Georgia judge issuing a default judgment against her in March.

The media personality was ordered to pay nearly $2,500 in her credit card debt and over $100 in court fees. News of the judgment came months after Biermann slammed his estranged wife’s extravagant spending.

Biermann fueled his contentious divorce battle with Zolciak by detailing her lavish spending habits in court documents. He shared a spreadsheet with the latter’s purchases from 2016 to 2023, revealing she had a taste for expensive brands.

According to the spreadsheet, Zolciak spent over $600,000 on luxury brands such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Chanel, Versace, and Agent Provocateur. Biermann also highlighted social media posts where his estranged wife flaunted her extravagant beauty procedures.

The mother of six allegedly spent a significant sum on Botox injections and a vaginal rejuvenation. The issues didn’t end there, as Biermann noted she invested massive sums in the lottery and Bitcoin, totaling $161,912.87 in 2021 and $65,966.95 in 2022.

Zolciak Bags New Reality TV Show Amid Her Financial Crisis

When Biermann shared Zolciak’s extravagant tastes with the court, his goal was to call her out for failing to contribute to their household and mounting debts. However, the 46-year-old might soon be able to pay her bills without issues.

In June, The Blast shared that Zolciak had scored a spot on the upcoming reality TV game show, “Got to Get Out.” Production sources revealed she was part of the cast and would have a mini “RHOA” reunion with former co-star Cynthia Bailey.

Bailey starred on the Bravo series from 2010 to 2021, while Zolciak joined the show in 2008 and left in 2012. Since their departure, the pair have made multiple cameos on the show and are set to be either friends or foes in the new program.

All About Kim Zolciak’s Upcoming TV Gig

Hulu’s “Got to Get Out” is a reality TV game show where celebrities and civilians live in a mansion and compete for prize money. The contestants work together for ten days to raise the prize — which increases by $1 every second — to $1 million.

Although they work together to reach the $1 million goal, the show promises betrayal by allowing contestants to split the money as a team or take the cash themselves. Players are given opportunities to run with the money at various times daily.

The chances appear when the property gates open and the getaway car arrives. However, running isn’t easy, as other housemates can stop a player from escaping by hitting a red button to close the gates.
