Prince Harry Reportedly Preparing For ‘A-List’ 40th Birthday Party Amid Rift With Royal Family
As Prince Harry prepares to mark his 40 birthday, his relationship with Prince William is more strained than ever. The brothers were recently reunited at their uncle’s funeral but did not speak to each other.
Insiders say William is maintaining his silence because he’s “furious” about the revelations made about him and his wife Kate Middleton.
Ahead of his birthday, Prince Harry is reportedly getting “more comfortable” with life in California; however, a longtime friend says the duke isn’t actually happy with his “gilded exile” from royal life.

Prince Harry To Celebrate His 40th Birthday With An A-List Party Amid Royal Family Feud
Harry turns 40 on September 15th, which isn’t far away, and allegedly intends to celebrate the day with an A-list party organized by his wife, Meghan Markle.
A source revealed plans for the party to PageSix, including that it’ll be held in Montecito, California, where Harry and Meghan moved to after resigning as senior royals in the British Royal Family.
With the distance and widening rift between Harry and his family, especially his brother William, it’s easy to guess that William won’t be a guest at the birthday party.
The brothers were recently seen together for the first time in more than a year, but eyewitnesses say they didn’t speak to each other throughout the event.

Harry was in the U.K. for the funeral of Lord Robert Fellowes, his uncle and a royal courtier who married Princess Diana’s sister.
Since the duke’s viral interview with Oprah Winfrey and the release of his controversial memoir “Spare,” the brothers have been on bad terms. There are also reports that William, the future king, does not want Harry or Meghan at his coronation whenever it happens.

Prince Harry Is Not On Speaking Terms With Prince William
One insider revealed to Page Six that Prince William “is not speaking” to Harry because he’s “furious” about the Sussexes’ revelations about him and Kate.
The source shared that they’re “not sure what can ever be done to mend fences” between the brothers, who were once thick as thieves.
William was reportedly angered by Harry’s story in his book, blaming him and Kate for encouraging him to wear a controversial Nazi outfit to a costume party in 2005.
The couple were also accused by author Omid Scobie, who is reportedly close to Meghan, of being the “racist royals” that asked the duchess what color the skin of kids with Harry would be.
When Harry and William attended Lord Fellowes’ funeral service at St Mary’s Church in Snettisham, they stood apart and did not communicate.

The Reverend Dan Tansey, who held the service, also told the Daily Mail that it was a “pleasant surprise” to see the brothers but didn’t see them talking to each other, only other family and friends.

The Duke Of Sussex Is Comfortable And Enjoying Life In California
Despite the turmoil between him and the royal family, sources say Harry is growing “more comfortable” in his new life in California ahead of his 40th birthday.
A friend of the prince said, “I think he has his convictions and he is determined, but I also think he’s more unburdened than before.”
Another friend of the couple in California shared that Harry and Meghan are “happy and enjoying their lives” and that it’s obvious from their recent trip to Columbia.
However, a longtime pal of the Duke of Sussex has a very different opinion of how Harry is fairing.
During an interview with the SundayTimes, the friend said that although Harry shows off an “enviable lifestyle,” he’s not truly happy with life right now.
The source said that from what they know of Harry, they “can’t imagine that gilded exile in California is where he wanted to end up.”

Prince Harry Wants His Security In The U.K. Restored
Earlier this year, sources revealed that Harry is eager to reunite with his father and family. However, this would hinge on King Charles restoring security to the duke and his family. Without it, Harry will likely never bring his family to the U.K. again.
A source told Page Six, “King Charles can give Harry the security clearance he wants so desperately. As the monarch, he is the ultimate decision maker. That would be how father and son can reconcile.”
Harry and Meghan lost access to their taxpayer-funded police security when they resigned as senior royals and moved to the U.S.
Regarding Charles’ power to reinstate Harry and his family’s official security detail, a palace insider explained: “Security provision is decided upon exclusively by a committee called RAVEC in which His Majesty is not involved, though the household is represented.”

The Duke Will Not Grant Interviews For ‘Spare’ Paperback
According to the Daily Mail, Harry will not give interviews to promote the paperback edition of his bestselling memoir, “Spare,” which is scheduled for release in October.
“Harry doesn’t plan to give any interviews to promote the paperback edition,” a friend of the Duke of Sussex claimed.
“The paperback was a part of the book deal he signed, but he is not contractually obliged to promote this edition,” they added. “The reason it has taken longer than usual for the paperback to be published is that the more expensive hardback was still selling well.”
Experts believe Harry’s decision not to grant interviews hints at his desire to reconcile with his family members and avoid stirring up more controversy.
