Jay-Z Named As Celeb Who Allegedly Raped A 13-Year-Old Girl With Diddy At VMAs Afterparty

Music mogul Jay-Z has been named in a scathing new lawsuit, in which he’s being accused of raping a minor alongside embattled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The accuser, who Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee is representing, initially filed the lawsuit in October without mentioning the celebrity who joined Diddy in allegedly raping her.

This shocking development comes after Jay-Z and his wife, Beyoncé, sent a cease and desist to Piers Morgan after he platformed a woman who accused the couple of being worse than Sean “Diddy” Combs.

According to NBC News, a woman identified as “Jane Doe” has named famous rapper Jay-Z in a refiled lawsuit, accusing him of raping her when she was 13 years old.

The lawsuit is one of many filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 120 alleged Diddy victims.

However, unlike his other suits, this is the first time Buzbee would name a big-name celebrity as one of Diddy’s perpetrators.

In the refiled lawsuit, the alleged victim stated that she “had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards [VMAs].”

When the accuser arrived at the venue, she saw a huge crowd begin to enter, but she had to stay outside because she needed a ticket to enter.

However, according to the lawsuit, she was “determined to get into an afterparty,” so “she approached several limousine drivers, attempting to talk her way into the VMAs.”

One of the limousine drivers the 13-year-old met “claimed to work for Defendant Combs.” The person allegedly told the accuser that the rapper “liked younger girls” and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”

After their exchange, the driver reportedly invited her to an afterparty, telling her to come back by 10 pm.

“Later that evening, [the accuser] excitedly returned to the driver, who drove her alone in a black limousine with [a] black interior,” the lawsuit notes.

The lawsuit further stated that the accuser was told to sign a non-disclosure agreement and never talk about what happened at the party,

After having one drink at the event, the accuser claimed she began feeling “woozy and lightheaded.”

While searching for somewhere to “rest,” she reportedly entered what “she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door.”

The lawsuit then noted that Diddy came into the room shortly after with Jay-Z.

Diddy is said to have “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party.'”

Combs allegedly threw the accuser towards Jay-Z, who, in the initial lawsuit, was described as “Celebrity A.” He then proceeded to “remove Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented.”

According to the lawsuit, the minor was held down by Jay-Z, “who v-ginally raped” her while Diddy and an unidentified woman, tagged “Celebrity B,” watched.

While Jay-Z has been revealed in the lawsuit as “Celebrity A,” the woman identified as “Celebrity B” has yet to be named.

According to the initial lawsuit, “After the male celebrity [Jay-Z] finished,” Diddy also had his way with the minor.

However, when the Bad Boys Records founder attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him, “she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”

The alleged victim then grabbed her clothes and started wandering around the venue of the afterparty naked while looking for the exit. She allegedly only dressed up after leaving the property.

“Eventually, Plaintiff reached a gas station,” the lawsuit stated, per the Mirror. “A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. The plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.”

It further noted, “After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”
