“I have a fitness routine to stay on top of my physical body. I stopped working out to look good years ago and started working out to feel good. Having a strong, healthy body is important to me. I like to hike five times a week, for about an hour. Being out in nature and under the sun will do wonders for your mental health,” she shared.
